Order Status

What is the status of my order?

To check the order status

  • go to My Accounts > My Orders
  • Whatapps with the purchase/ order number
  • Email: sales@jsxlab.com

Here is what you will see:

  • Ordered – This means we received your order and we are processing (picking and packing) your order.
  • Ready to ship – This means your order is packed and still at warehouse.
  • Out for delivery – This means your order has left warehouse for shipment.
  • Delivered – Your order has arrived!

How do I cancel or change my order?

For urgent requests, please contact customer care via Whatapps, email, or hotline. Orders cannot be canceled/amended once it is on packed status.

How long does it take to get my order?

Delivery time will depend on the items ordered, some customized items may take up to 8 weeks after payment has been received (excluding weekends and public holidays) To ensure the health and safety of our customers and our team, our option for self-collection is not available for the time being and we highly recommend contactless delivery options for door-step deliveries.


How much is shipping?

Depending on the weight and size of the item, as well as the delivery location, the cost will vary.

Do I need to be there to receive my order?

We require your signature and stamp on the Delivery Order(DO). If you have delivery requests, please indicate them on the delivery note.

What happens if my package gets lost?

Please report to our customer care representatives within 24~48 hours via Whatapps, email, or our hotline.
